A record number of cruise ships are set to sail into South Australia this month, signalling a bumper season for local tourism operators and other businesses worth more than $118 million for the state’s economy.
From March 2017 to March 2018, international visitation to South Australia increased by 9% to 475,000 international visitors - and with a new airport for Adelaide on top of hotel brands lining up, it's expected this trend will continue.
