CBRE Hotels engaged on behalf Queensland Government to present Double Island to the market
CBRE Hotels Wayne Bunz, Hayley Manvell and Danny Betros have been appointed as marketing agents to seek expressions of interest from experienced operators for the redevelopment of Double Island North Queensland.
Cairns Freedom Hostel sold and rebranded amid a wave of backpacker and hostel deals. CBRE’s Danny Betros and Hayley Manvell brokered the Cairns deal on behalf of the Melbourne based vendors Shield Abbott Pty Ltd.
Pelathon Management has acquired the Grand Hotel in Cairns and two adjoining sites for $8.5 million, in a deal negotiated by CBRE Hotels Director Paul Fraser and CBRE Cairns Managing Director Danny Betros.
