Fremantle landmark sold to Prendiville for $3.55 million through LJ Hooker
The Fremantle Technical School on the city's 'cappuccino strip' has been sold to WA hotel specialists Prendiville Group for $3.55 million in a deal negotiated by Brian Neo and Vincent Siciliano from LJ Hooker Commercial Perth.
