Grand Hyatt Melbourne to be redeveloped by Tuan Sing
Grand Hotel Group (“GHG”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tuan Sing Holdings Ltd, instructed Urbis Ltd to submit a Town Planning Application to the City of Melbourne for the 550-room Grand Hyatt hotel and various retail spaces announced William Liem, Chief Executive Officer of Tuan Sing.
