CBRE Hotels’ Mathew George has been appointed to negotiate the sale of the leasehold, with or without the freehold, via Immediate Private Treaty.
“The Saracens Head Hotel is poised to enable Adelaide’s pub resurgence,” Mr George said.
“Given the lack of opportunity within the market currently, we are expecting significant interest from a wide range of hospitality operators.

“The successful buyer will be able to take advantage of the pub’s excellent location and high-quality fittings, and the potential to expand its current offering to enhance the gaming revenue it generates.”
