Leading hotel advisory and management company Gatehouse Hospitality has launched a comprehensive hospitality real estate solutions platform following the strategic consolidation of its operating businesses Minett Prime Square and Monomeath Capital Partners.
The announcement marks a pivotal milestone for Gatehouse Hospitality as it formalises the integration of its operations and strengthens its position as a leading provider of advisory and management solutions for property owners and investors.
The unified Gatehouse platform will now offer end-to-end hospitality solutions including hotel asset management, advisory services, capital financing, accommodation management and third party operations.
The decision aligns with the broader evolution of the accommodation and living sectors globally and in the Asia-Pacific, according to Gatehouse Hospitality’s four principals DeanMinett, Robert Wilson, Anthony Ries and Arnaud Millécamps.
“We are seeing real estate asset classes converge in global markets,” Gatehouse managing director Arnaud Millécamps said.
“Lessons learned from the hospitality sector, and applied to residential and workplace environments, can enhance customer retention and deliver more rewarding experiences.”
“As specialised hotel advisors and asset managers with decades of sector experience our team is uniquely positioned to anticipate and respond proactively to these shifts.”
Growing demand for third-party management services and hotel franchising in the Asia-Pacific has attracted the attention of international operators, including the UK-based RBH, with whom Gatehouse Hospitality has a strategic alliance.
“Our ongoing partnership with Gatehouse has been key to our strategic plans for cross-continental growth. Growing investor demand for third-party operators in the Asia-Pacific region presents significant potential for our combined expertise,” RBH chief executive David Hart said.
“We have great confidence in Gatehouse’s new consolidated platform, which will undoubtedly drive innovation and excellence in the market.”
Gatehouse Hospitality’s experienced team remains dedicated to maximising the value and returns of their clients’ assets and portfolios.
“Our businesses have always been fundamentally owner focused—our barometer for success is inextricably linked with our clients’ investment objectives and ambitions for growth, and the Gatehouse Hospitality platform provides a more robust foundation to achieve these goals,” Gatehouse managing director Dean Minett said.
“We have full confidence in the resilience and market fundamentals of the hotel sector as a whole and believe now is the time to unify our platform to capitalise on the growth years ahead.”
Gatehouse Hospitality’s diverse client portfolio includes institutional fund managers, real estate private equity firms, property developers, high-net-worth individuals, as well as private family offices and public organisations.
Gatehouse offers extensive expertise in hotel operations, management, and franchising across various regions, including North America and the Asia Pacific.
