Award-winning accommodation, conference and events venue, Flowerdale Estate, has been listed for sale. The Estate has been family owned and operated for the past 12 years.

CBRE’s Scott Callow is managing the sale, via an Expression of Interest campaign, which includes the freehold and business of Flowerdale Estate at 2285 Broadford-Flowerdale Road, Strath Creek.

Mr Callow said price expectations for the luxury venue were over $6 million.

The Estate is close to food and wine trails in the Yarra Valley and is easily accessible from Melbourne Airport and CBD.
