Graham Craggs - JLL EMEA Advisory

Graham leads JLL's Advisory Services for the EMEA hotels team and holds a further focussed responsiblity for Buyside Services, Operator Selection and lease/management contract negotiations.

Graham has experience of a wide range of countries throughout Europe and the issues driving the sourcing of debt and equity for different opportunities in these markets. 

Graham acts on behalf of many clients, ranging from hotel owners, investors and operators to banks. He has advised on a wide range of hotels and resorts throughout Europe, together with associated facilities including golf courses, spas, and casinos. 

Graham is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
