Alex Cook named Sales Broker of the Year at ARAMA industry awards
Alex Cook has been named Sales Broker of the Year by the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association’s (ARAMA).

Widely regarded as one of the best in the business, Alex Cook received official confirmation when he was named Sales Broker of the Year at the Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association’s (ARAMA) awards ceremony.
The best in the management rights industry were recognised by their peers at ARAMA’s inaugural TOP Awards 2019 in Brisbane.
With more than 150 industry participants in attendance, the awards recognised the variety of stakeholders instrumental to the strength and success of the management rights industry which generates $55.5 billion to the Australian economy annually.
“In a field that’s often judged on monetary results, it’s great to be recognized for supporting the industry body that stands behind us all,” said Alex after the receiving the award.
‘Trevor, his team and the ARAMA representatives around the country do an amazing job, and it is an honour to be associated with them and to receive this acknowledgement”.
ARAMA CEO Trevor Rawnsley said the awards initiative highlighted the professional skills, experience and opportunities within the management rights industry as well as its economic significance.
Mr Rawnsley was also full of praise for Alex, a director and senior broker at ResortBrokers, and said he was leading real and positive change within the management rights industry.
“Alex and Tim (Crooks) have been leading the way for several years now and they’ve not just raised awareness around the benefits of management rights within the industry, but to the wider public as well,” Mr Rawnsley said.
ARAMA is a membership based, not for profit, peak industry body which represents the interests of people who are involved in Management Rights. ARAMA’s Mission is to serve the corporate and industry needs of members in order that ARAMA can properly represent the interests of all stakeholders and the resident accommodation industry as a whole.
