Local publican Garry Miller has appointed Chloe Mason and Ryan McGinnity CBRE Hotels to market the Brighton Hotel Mandurah for sale.
A purpose-built tavern and restaurant in Mandurah is on the market through CBRE.
The Brighton Hotel includes a rear public bar, restaurant and courtyard, as well as upstairs function area – all of which benefit from foreshore views.
CBRE Hotels’ Ryan McGinnity and Chloe Mason have been appointed to sell the Freehold Going Concern property via a national Expressions of Interest campaign, closing Thursday, December 5.
Mr McGinnity said the waterfront venue was well suited to both established operators and new entrants to the hospitality market.
“Since taking ownership, the owner has invested heavily in facility upgrades and repositioning the property," he said.
"Being purpose-built, this venue would be manageable for a single operator or would fit nicely into a larger portfolio.
“The Brighton Hotel is a well-established venue, generating a consistent weekly revenue which has the seasonal potential to increase significantly as tourists and holiday home owners flock to Mandurah throughout the school holidays and summer months.”
The marketing campaign for the Brighton Hotel follows the recent sale of the ‘tavern @ the rocks’ in Two Rocks and the Subiaco Hotel – highlighting a growing confidence in and demand for Freehold Going Concern hospitality assets.
Ms Mason described the sale of the venue as an "outstanding opportunity".
“The City of Mandurah is WA’s largest regional city and one of the fastest growing, with its population expected to increase by 32 per cent over the next 17 years," she said.
“The Brighton Hotel occupies a prominent position on the Mandurah foreshore and has proximity to a range of amenities, while also being an established business.
