Knight Frank has announced the release of Perth's QT Apartments for lease.
A small number of one and two bedroom apartments that form part of Perth's QT Hotel are now available for lease, with agent Knight Frank expecting them to be snapped-up very fast.
Knight Frank Director, Head of Property Management WA, Tom Berry, said the apartments captured the same luxurious, eclectic feel of the QT Hotel rooms and were available either furnished or unfurnished.
He said each had its own unique character and provided the option of accessing the adjoining hotel services and facilities, including room service and housekeeping.
“This is a unique opportunity to live a “rock star” lifestyle in an amazing CBD location with full access to what is undoubtedly the coolest and most talked-about hotel in Perth,” Mr Berry said.
“The QT Apartments provide an impressive selection of luxuriously detailed residential apartments, where meticulous modern design meets the industrial glamour of yesteryear. “
Mr Berry said the Murray Street location in the heart of the city provided unequalled access to transport, lifestyle and work amenities, with the hotel creating a hub of activity in the area.
He said the release came at a time when inner city rents were slowing increasing and vacancies decreasing, with demand for high end, CBD rental properties outperforming the market.
The QT Apartments will be available for lease from November, with rents starting from $500 per week.
