CBRE Hotels has bolstered its Valuation & Advisory Services team with the appointment of Troy Craig.
CBRE Hotels has welcomed more than 25 years of experience to Valuation and Advisory Services team with the appointment of Troy Craig.
The former JLL Hotels Executive has been appointed as Regional Director to lead the CBRE Hotels’ Valuation & Advisory Services team in Australia and New Zealand, following
CBRE Hotels’ Executive Director Robert McIntosh said the apointment adds a new dimension to the firm's growing team.
“Troy is an acknowledged leader in hotel advisory work and valuations in the region, with a great depth of experience," he said.
"This reinforces our position in the market and our commitment to providing a leading service offering to our clients.”
Mr Craig said the opportunity to join the region’s largest and most diversified team of hotel and hospitality real estate specialists had been a key draw card.
