The Raby Tavern and Shopping Centre in south-west Sydney has been sold by Daniel Dragicevich of HTL only two weeks after being listed.
It has taken only half of a proposed four-week marketing campaign to sell the Raby Tavern and Shopping Centre in Sydney's south-west.
The land and business holding was snapped up by the De Angelis family last week, after being brought to market by HTL Property on behalf of the Sydney-based Walker family.
While the purchase price has not been revealed, HTL Property confirmed its pre-campaign market price guidance - which was in excess of $30 million - had been met.
HTL Property's National Pubs Director, Dan Dragicevich said hotels located adjacent shopping centres were popular among investors who recognised the natural trading advantages they benefitted from.
"The ownership of this retail space at Raby enables the purchaser additional levers for expansion of the licenced footprint, and makes available the potential for a larger mixed-use development project in the future" he said.
Comprising a site area of 8000 square metres, the Raby Tavern and Shopping Centre includes proximity to Gregory Hills, Campbelltown, Leppington & Ingleburn.
It's the first time it has been offered to market in 16 years.
The sale is 18th hotel HTL Property has managed on behalf of its clients this Financial Year, maintaining the firm's one hotel per week sales ratio and illustrating the sector-wide market strength being enjoyed nationally.
