Accor Pacific Chief Operating Officer Simon McGrath said he was proud to add to the group's already strong presence in the city.
“This will be our 13th hotel in Perth CBD and brings our total room count to over 2400 rooms and suites," he said.
The Novotel brand has been completely revitalised and offers a modern, elegant and increasingly digital space for families, business travellers and leisure guests who can take time to unwind or make time to reconnect with friends, family or colleagues.”

This will be the second hotel for Fragrance Group and Accor in Australia, following the opening of Ibis Styles Hobart, which is the largest hotel in Tasmania.
The project has been fast-tracked to take advantage of the summer holiday period in Australia, with the first phase seeing 40 rooms open in December and a staged opening for the rest of the rooms and public spaces into next year.
It is expected that the hotel will be fully operational by Q1 2020.
Fragrance Group CEO, James Koh said the hotel's position on Murray Street meant it was well suited to both business travellers and tourists.
“We at Fragrance are equally excited to deliver Novotel Perth Murray St which will be a fresh addition to the already vibrant city and we look forward to providing bigger and better quality hotels across key cities in Australia for the ever increasing number of visitors to the country," he said.
