Ray White Commercial (WA)'s Phil Zoiti and Brett Wilkins have been retained exclusively to offer for sale the "walk in walk out" interest of Trafalgars Hotel, located in the southwest city of Bunbury.

Trafalgars Hotel (formerly known as Swan Inn and Wellington Hotel) is one of the oldest surviving buildings in Bunbury's central business district and has been continuously operating as a hotel for over 150 years.
Initially constructed in the mid 1800's, multiple renovations and extensions have been made since with the most recent extensive refurbishment was completed in 2013.

Ray White Commercial agent Phil Zoiti, who has been enlisted to sell the property with Brett Wilkins, told WILLIAMS MEDIA the hotel contributed to the community's sense of place.
"It's become a real focal point for Bunbury, having always offered a family-friendly environment," he said.
"As part of the renovations in 2013, the hotel was repositioned to be more of a local favourite with a similar look to what a city hotel would have."

The two-level purpose-built hotel/tavern features a rear beer garden offering a substantial area for entertainment and dining which is licensed for 291 people.
There is also a first-floor comprising 8 accommodation rooms, a manager's flat and two communal bathrooms.
The first floor is a bare shell state and ready to renovate.
Trafalgars Hotel is being offered for sale via an expressions of interest campaign closing on Thursday, July 30 at 5pm.
