Designed by Sydney-based architecture and interior design studio Silvester Fuller, in collaboration with M8 Hospitality, landscape architects Aspect Studios, the $70-100 million project was unanimously granted development approval by the Waratah-Wynyard Council earlier this year and has since secured an Spicers Retreat as the preferred operator, following a tender process.
Spicers Retreats Managing Director David Assef said Table Cape would be an "exceptional experiential destination" for both domestic and international tourism.
"We are extremely proud to be an Australian company taking on an iconic Australian destination, which is a perfect alignment with the Spicers brand and part of our growth into pristine unearthed Australian destinations," he said.
"It was a natural fit for Spicers with a greenfield site that will deliver breathtaking views of the rugged North-West coastline and amongst world class national parks."
LSV Hotels has worked with the owners of the land, a multi-generational family, in selecting an operator and conducting a feasibility in collaboration study to determine the best product for the site.

Managing Director Michelle Matthews told WILLIAMS MEDIA a partner was now needed to assist with the development and remain involved with the freehold going concern asset.
"It's about finding the right fit for the family so this may be able to come to fruition," she said.
"Covid-19 has demostrated the resilience of regional luxury offerings, so now would be a good time to get this off the ground."
