Savills Australia has continued to strengthen its national Hotels offering with the internal appointments of Nick Lower as State Director, Hotels NSW/VIC and Selin Ince as Senior Executive, Hotels NSW/ VIC.

These strategic appointments come at a time when Australia’s hotels and pubs sector is being watched by the entire world, as restrictions ease and investors shift their focus back to the hospitality industry.

Leon Alaban, National Director – Hotels at Savills Australia said Nick and Selin will focus on growing the Hotels and Pubs offering across NSW and Victoria, and with Nick having run the Savills NSW Metropolitan & Regional Sales business for a number of years, their combined experience within this sector, especially inner city and regional accommodation will add greatly to our service offering.

These appointments follow the internal promotions in August of Tony Bargwanna and Leon Alaban to National Director – Hotels, seeing the National Savills Hotel team increase market share through one of the toughest global pandemics ever seen.
