Owned by Underdog Hotels since October 2010, the hotel is well recognised and frequented by local patrons.

It was the exemplary negotiations and show of good faith between the seller and purchaser that ultimately led to a solution during these unprecedented times, which in turn, allowed settlement to proceed.
