Launceston's Hotel Verge has begun taking bookings after announcing a revised open date of September 16.
Launceston will not have to wait much longer for its newest CBD accommodation experience, with the city's Verge Hotel set to welcome guests from September.
The development had been approaching the final stages of construction when Covid struck, forcing a revision of its May opening date.
The hotel has now begun taking bookings from September 16, following the unveiling of the exterior last month.

Hotel Verge General Manager Kate Bucknell said while the delay was not ideal, it had given them time to "fine tune" elements of the project.
"The construction had taken a little bit longer than what we had anticipated, so Covid probably didn't delay that process too much," she said.
"We are hoping to get possession of the property this week, but there are a few finishing touches in some of the public areas that need to be taken care of.
"It's great to see bookings trickle in across the past week because makes it all feel a bit more real."

"The September 16 date was chosen in the hope that borders will be open again and there will be more propensity to travel."
With its government having taken decisive action early on in the pandemic period, Tasmania has emerged as one of the leaders in the battle to contain the pandemic and currently has no active cases.
However, Ms Bucknell said Hotel Verge, like other venues across Australia, was eyeing the business of interstate travellers.
"A hotel of this quality requires domestic interstate markets to open up," she said.
"Tasmanians are slowly getting back out and about but many are going to more regional areas for a break.
"Given Tasmania has done well reducing the spread of the virus, there are some within the state that would like to keep borders shut.
"It's that fine balance of still keeping some level of restrictions in place, and by September, we hope they will be eased enough to allow us to run a smooth operation."
