Laura has held various positions at the hotel over the last four years and was an obvious choice to step into the role given her responsibilities at Halcyon House, and her travel and hospitality experience, having previously worked abroad in London and for Leading Hotels of the World.
Laura exemplifies the kind of General Manager that Halcyon House requires, she’s extremely professional and dedicated, has enviable business acumen and understands the day-to-day aspects of running an award-winning hotel. Laura will be focused on achieving operational excellence and profitability, and ensuring the hotel delivers intuitive & impeccable customer service for all guests so they feel like Halcyon
House is their home-away-from-home.
