Kay oversees the Accor Academy within the Accor network, covering the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific region. This role involves uniting 40 countries, managing over 120,000 team members, 1,000+ hotels, and an expanding portfolio of adjacent businesses. Kay is also a member of Accor’s Talent & Culture executive team.
Leveraging more than three decades of diverse experience across various levels within renowned international brands and holding qualifications across multiple disciplines, Kay brings a wealth of expertise in leadership development, driving organisational change, fostering cultural transformation, and strategic planning.
