One of Victoria’s foremost wedding and events venues, Campbell Point House, a private waterfront estate on the Bellarine Peninsula, is up for sale.

The property, at 181 – 199 Matthews Road in Leopold, is luxurious retreat set on 37 acres on the shores of Lake Connewarre that is currently available for group accommodation, private events, weddings and photoshoots, as well as dinners and high teas on weekends.

It is now being taken to the market via a sale campaign run by Stephen Kelly of Knight Frank and Dexter Kang of Luxe Vista Estate acting on behalf of the vendor, Megan Blackhall.
