Frasers Hospitality Australia (FHA), leader in Gold-Standard serviced apartments and hotel residences, has appointed Ms Jip van Driest as Director of Development Australia, a newly created role for the global hospitality owner and operator.
“The team and I are delighted to welcome Jip to Frasers Hospitality,” says Matthew Rubie Country General Manager FHA. Ms van Driest brings a depth of knowledge and experience to FHA with over 10 years in various hotel investment and development roles across EMEA and APAC. Her most recent position was the Development Director APAC for StayWell Group, a subsidiary of Japanese hotel group Prince Hotels & Resorts.
In this role, van Driest will be responsible for building Fraser Hospitality’s Australian portfolio by identifying acquisition opportunities and business ventures, and developing new markets. “The team and I are delighted to welcome Jip to Frasers Hospitality,” says Matthew Rubie, Country General Manager, FHA.
