Situated at 130 Russell Street, Melbourne Place is a landmark development, bringing together state-of-the-art accommodation, world-class dining experiences and boutique retailers.
The hotel has secured the services of the renowned former Jackalope Hotels Group General Manager, Tracy Atherton, as its Executive General Manager, and Young Chef of the Year, Nicholas Deligiannis, to run its keynote restaurant, Mid Air, an iconic roof-top dining experience.
The ground floor dining room together with the basement bar are set to undergo a remarkable transformation led by a globally acclaimed Restaurateur. The vision - a design-forward culinary hub encapsulating the essence of Melbourne Place and offering a captivating destination for locals and visitors alike.
