Ovolo Hotels announce Gabriel Polias as the new General Manager of Ovolo Woolloomooloo.

The announcement marks an exciting new chapter in Polias’ career. Before this appointment, he managed Ovolo Nishi in Canberra, where he successfully led operations since March 2021.

An accomplished hotelier with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Gabriel's extensive career reflects his dedication and expertise.

Polias's journey through the hospitality industry is marked by a series of prestigious roles. He served as Hotel Manager at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, where his leadership and strategic insights significantly enhanced guest experiences.

His tenure as Executive Assistant Manager at Primus Hotel Sydney further showcased his ability to manage complex operations seamlessly. At Sydney Harbour Marriott, he excelled as the Director of Operations, overseeing numerous facets of hotel management with remarkable efficiency.

Gabriel's expertise is not confined to Sydney alone. His role as VIP Food and Beverage Director at Star Casino Sydney highlighted his proficiency in managing high-profile events and catering to elite clientele.

His international experience is equally impressive, having held executive positions in Beijing and Shanghai at renowned hotels such as the Presidential Hotel, Tangla Beijing, and Radisson Plaza.
