A 42-acre lot on the French Polynesian island Tahaa, plus facing island Motu Mahaea is for sale by Jacques Menahem of Sotheby's International Realty.
The Society archipelago, in the island nation of French Polynesia, is home to two lots which are offered for sale by Sotheby's International Realty.
One of the lots is located on the island of Tahaa. "On Tahaa, the 42-acre property is composed of three plots of land ranging from mountains to lagoon," says brokering agent Jacques Menahem of Sotheby's International Realty.
The other lot is on the Mahaea Motu (islet) which faces the island Motu Mahaea, with a total area of 1.5 hectares, and is perfect to accomodate a hotel project or install a main house on the island with a place for relaxation on this exquisite motu," adds Mr Menahem.
Tahaa and its small islets can be reached by boat and outrigger from Raiatea. The short trip drops visitors on an islet beach with a small lagoon, and in the near distance, a view of Bora Bora.
