Colliers International Newcastle have been appointed to advertise Expressions of Interest for the former Newcastle Post Office – the city’s most iconic building, which has been standing since 1900.
This former post office, which was built from 1900 to 1903 sits proud and timeless on the corner of both Hunter and Bolton Street, in the Eastern precinct of Newcastle’s CBD.
The significant land holding of 1,113sqm features the grand two level building which boasts high ceilings throughout the ground floor and mezzanine areas. The total building area represents 1,374 sqm plus a large basement area.
