The owners of the Milton Chalet Motel are looking at retirement after 18 good years of trading, says brokering agent Rick Warren of Resort Brokers New Zealand.

Warren continues, "The Chalets are on two levels with plenty of room for groups and families, with a good variety of rooms ranging from studio to two bedroom apartments."

All rooms have individual parking, with gardens and a swimming pool for great relaxing on the doorstep of the centre of NZ and downtown Nelson city.

They have some great return business with one local firm filling rooms with their staff training.
