The popular pubs near Brisbane are being sold by the Pullos family who have owned both properties since 2003.

Les and Diana Pullos have decided the time is right to divest so that the families’ total efforts can be concentrated on their large Royal George Hotel situated in Fortitude Valley.

Both hotels have undergone extensive extensions, upgrading and refurbishment and perform strongly with a solid trade mix.

The Samford Hotel is situated 21 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD in the picturesque setting of Samford Valley which is home to nearly 12,000 people with the hotel occupying a central position in the Village. It offers bars, 28 gaming machines, extensive alfresco dining areas for over 370 and a detached bottle shop in the nearby Samford Central Shopping Centre. A feature of the hotel is a large marquee that covers the spacious beergarden that opens directly onto Samford’s Main Street.

The Woodford Village Hotel is situated at Woodford 72 kilometres north west of Brisbane on the busy D’Aguilar Highway between Caboolture and Esk. It shares boundaries with the neighbouring Woolworths Shopping Centre and enjoys strong exposure.

Facilities include bars, dining capacity for over 300 persons, 28 gaming machines, function capacity, a 10 unit motel and managers quarters as well as a detached bottle shop in the centre next door, adjacent to the entrance of Woolworths.
