CRE Brokers has been enlisted to sell the Blue Gum Northside Cabin Park freehold and business located in Campbellfield, Victoria.

The Caravan Park is to be offered for sale as a going concern by Expression of Interest closing 4pm Wednesday 21st September 2022.

CRE Broker’s Kevin Connolly said Blue Gum Park Northside Cabin Park is an established caravan park catering for the semi-permanent rental market, mostly for workers.
