Wildes Boutique Hotel sold to Elanor Hotel Accommodation Fund by Andrew Jolliffe and Nic Simarro from national firm HTL Property.
Andrew Jolliffe and Nic Simarro from national firm HTL Property announced the successful sale of Wildes Boutique Hotel, situated in the heart of the picturesque Kangaroo Valley.
Wildes Boutique Hotel was refurbished to a high-level luxury standard in December 2021; and comprises twenty- five elegant rooms, a heated pool, conference room and restaurant; in addition to a French-inspired central courtyard.
The spacious hotel rooms range from 37 to 60 sqm* in size; with multiple rooms offering private courtyards or balconies.
The property is positioned upon 1,855*sqm of land, centrally located in the bustling tourist town, popular with holiday-makers; especially from Sydney and Canberra, given the less than one-and-a-half-hour commute respectively.
Wildes Boutique Hotel enjoys the benefit of being the only serviced hotel in the Kangaroo Valley, and therefore offers an attractive getaway to residents of surrounding towns and cities. Furthermore, a growing conferencing business will appeal to a range of groups and companies given the surrounding amenity and group-based activities available in Kangaroo Valley.
“Investor magnetism for experiential and luxurious accommodation properties of a boutique nature, continues to underwrite the value growth within the asset class” advised HTL Property Managing Director, Andrew Jolliffe.
The sale of Wildes Boutique Hotel follows HTL Property’s 2022 sales of the 180 year old Victorian Chateau Yering, Nimbo Fork Lodge in the NSW Riverina, and the Hunter Valley’s Estate Tuscany.
“This sale is the result of a strictly off-market process, made possible due to HTL Property’s in-depth knowledge and network of investors seeking this style of asset,” commented HTL Property Director, Nic Simarro.
“Following numerous sales of boutique hotels with similar characteristics this year, we look forward to presenting further properties to our qualified clients seeking opportunity in this sector” concluded Simarro.
