Victor Harbor Holiday & Cabin Park, one of the largest freehold holiday park assets in South Australia is being offered for sale by specialist brokerage firm HTL Property’s Andrew Jackson.

We expect interest from those dominant corporate players, but also the smaller syndicated funds, the broader hotel investment community and high net worth investors that will be attracted by the strong underlying fundamentals and established income profile” he said.
