Ms MacDonald also highlighted the price point of the hotel as a key positive given finding assets sub $20m with comparable EBITDA performance in this location are basically non-existent.
The Evening Star Hotel is being sold via Expressions of Interest closing Wednesday 8th May 2024 (unless sold prior).
