The Sands Torquay, a recently refurbished, four-star resort and golf course for sale on behalf of the Receivers and Managers. The sale will include all Freehold land and buildings along with the business with Vacant Possession.

Located in the seaside town of Torquay, the resort is situated on a 76.5ha site and comprises of 112 suites, a restaurant, conference facilities, an award-winning,18-hole Stuart Appleby designed golf course and a 20-bay driving range, as well as a health club which includes an indoor 25m swimming pool and tennis courts.
