Leading national agency HTL Property announces the sale of the Inner West’s well known watering hole, The Garry Owen Hotel.
The Garry Owen was sold via an on market EOI process, exclusively managed by HTL Directors, Blake Edwards and Sam Handy.
“We have seen a notable increase in favourable sentiment, activity, transactions and confidence across the NSW pub industry since the commencement of the new financial year” commented HTL Property Director, Blake Edwards.
“By the second week of the new financial year, clients were alerting me to strong YoY revenue growth, and which has persisted to the end of the first quarter” Edwards added.
The popular hotel operates a bar, bistro, 10 very valuable gaming machines, a spacious first floor deck, function room, a small apartment and occupies a large corner 358m2 block.
“We are now experiencing numerous multiple bidder scenarios on many of the assets we are marketing” concluded HTL Property Director, Sam Handy.
