The Adelphi Hotel on Flinders Lane has sold for the second time in 18 months, the transaction was negotiated by JLL Hotels & Hospitality’s Nick MacFie and Peter Harper and Savills Hotels Nick Lower and Benson Zhou.
The Mayfair, Christchurch sold for $31.9 million, brokered by JLL experts Nick Thompson and Karen Collis to Millennium and Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited (MCK).
