Moelis completes $100 million takeover of Byron Bay Beach Hotel
Moelis Australia has completed its acquisition of the Beach Hotel in Byron Bay after announcing it had entered into an agreement for the property at the end of last year.
Moelis Australia has entered into an exclusivity agreement in relation to the acquisition of both the real estate freehold and operating business of the Beach Hotel, Byron Bay in a deal facilitated by John Musca of JLL Hotels and Hospitality.
The beachfront hotel in Byron Bay, also known as the Top Pub, owned by businessman Max Trigg has sold for $70 million to the Liberman-family backed Impact Investment Group in an off-market deal brokered by CBRE's Wayne Bunz and Daniel Dragicevich.
