Schwartz completes acquisition of Leura Gardens Resort
Leura Gardens Resort is the 15th hotel in the Schwartz hotel network and was acquired for $25 million from the Elanor Hotel Accommodation Fund. The hotel will be managed by Trilogy Hotels.
