Golden Age Group to convert Surry Hill's Tyne House into Luxury Hotel
Property developer Golden Age Group has announced plans to convert Tyne House in Surry Hills into a luxury 18-level, 285-room hotel; adding a further 144 rooms to the existing approved proposal - set to open in 2020.
