Hunts Hotel Liverpool sold to prominent hotelier Arthur Laundy by JLL
Hunts Hotel Liverpool, a 140-room hotel on 2.14ha land parcel opposite the Crossroads Hotel and retail precinct, has sold to Laundy Hotels negotiated by JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group’s Andrew Langsford, Ben McDonald and Nick Roche, together with JLL Capital Markets’ Dylan McEvoy.
