Townsville Brewery sold - Savills, Quinlan Property Group
The freehold going concern of the Townsville Brewery has been sold to a private investor in a deal negotiated by Savills' Christian Tsalikis, in conjunction with Quinlan Property Group's Michael Quinlan.
