The Townsville Brewery is set to change hands after the venue was sold to a Queensland-based investor in an off-market deal.
Savills' Christian Tsalikis and Quinlan Property Group's Michael Quinlan negotiated the deal for the freehold going concern of the property, which was bought for an undisclosed price.
The new buyer will continue to operate the Brewery.

Mr Tsalikis told WILLIAMS MEDIA the process had been "very low key".
"It was put to a few different parties and then the deal just snowballed as one party showed interest," he said.
"Navigating a deal during COVID-19 is always going to have its challenges, but both the buyer and seller were very good to deal with.
"We are extremely grateful to the vendor for entrusting us with the off-market sale."
The Townsville Brewery was founded in 2001 by prominent businessman Carey Ramm.
