Tim Crooks and Trudy Crooks from Resort Brokers Australia have brokered the acquisition of the Art Series Hotel Group by Mantra Group for $52.5 million.
Jim Chapman, Victorian State Manager of Resort Brokers Australia is marketing the serviced apartments which commenced trading in April 2014 on behalf of the Quest Apartment Hotels Group.
