Australian Hotel Motel in Yass sold for $3.7 million
Sydney hotel group Harvest has sold its second Yass venue in a matter of months, offloading the Australian Hotel Motel in a deal negotiated by CBRE's Kate MacDonald and Ben McDonald.
Regional hotel group, Harvest Hotels, has sold The Yass (formerly the Royal Hotel) to a local competitor in a deal negotiated by Ben McDonald and Kate MacDonald CBRE Hotels.
