After initially being rejected, the Iconic Scarborough hotel and apartment project in Perth has been approved by the The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, allowing Chinese developer 3 Oceans Property to go ahead with their 324 apartment, 148-room hotel proposal.

Chinese developer 3 Oceans Property has returned from the drawing board with a new design and development concept for their mixed use Iconic Scarborough proposal, after receiving an initial rejection from the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority.
