The management rights of two landmark oceanfront resorts on the Sunshine Coast and Fraser Coast, Oceans Resort Hervey Bay and Rumba Resort Caloundra, have sold for a total of close to $15 million, brokered by Glenn Millar of Resort Brokers Australia.
