Nesuto Stadium Apartment Hotel Auckland has completed a $13 million renovation, increasing its number of keys by almost 50 per cent to a total of 244.
The Nesuto Stadium Apartment Hotel in Auckland has increased its capacity by 50 per cent as part of a $13 million refurbishment.
The increased inventory comprises of a mix of 70 one and two-bedroom apartments, 30 studios and 144 hotel rooms.
The project was managed by Cequent and built by Waide Construction for Nesuto in partnership with owning company, Mulpha.

Nesuto Daiwa Group CEO Mark Ronfeldt said the apartment hotel was "perfectly positioned" capitalise on the city's growing visitor numbers.

In addition to the 144 new hotel rooms, Nesuto Stadium also offers a refurbished lobby and a state of the art high-speed wi-fi system, as well as a new bar and restaurant called Nook, featuring indoor and outdoor dining experiences.
