Justin Hemmes adds the Tennyson Hotel to his empire
Merivale chain owner, Justin Hemmes has bought the Tennyson Hotel in Mascot, for $37.05 million through Ray White Hotels Asia-Pacific director, Andrew Jolliffe.
The Tennyson Hotel on Botany Rd has been listed for sale by Andrew Jolliffe of Ray White Hotels following a number of freehold sales, including The Colombian Hotel and The Commodore Hotel in Sydney

The hotel will be developed on waterfront land comprising part of the former Toga site, recently returned to Government after 18 months of negotiation.
